Big Guy Needs Sandals - by , May 12, 2016
5/ 5 Stars
I'm a big dude (hence the title), I have Plantar faciitis and really wanted some sandals to wear that wouldn't hurt my feet. These are great. I was a little hesitant of the "manliness" of the toe loop but it really helps the sandal feel secured to my foot. I bought wides and they were a PERFECT fit. Really glad I have a quality pair of sandals to wear around.

Now I know that if you customize your Chacos, then you can choose differnt soles. But there needs to be something just a little softer. I paid $109.00 for these and all they are are straps and a sole. Love them, but they need to be a little bit softer for the price. It seems like I'm paying for the name on the sole. Not for the product.

Not as comfortable as I hoped... - by , May 04, 2016

I have wide feet and I had purchased these sandals in a wide width in hopes that they would be a good replacement for my old Tevas. But after a few weeks I am finding them a bit uncomfortable. I really wish the strap would be a few inches longer so I don't have to make them so tight, and that the heal was a bit wider.

They were good for the first two weeks. - by , May 01, 2016

When I first got these about seven months ago, I loved them. Then after the first two weeks, they started giving me blisters. I put band-aids on the few blisters I had and adjusted the straps. After about another week or two, I would have even more blisters. I eventually had about ten blisters on each foot that were very painful. I threw the chacos in my closet and went and found another sandal similar to these. I was really bummed, because I was excited to use these because of everyone's absolute praise for how great these are. I got these out of my closet today, wanting to give them another try to see if maybe I just had some really baby feet back then. I couldn't even adjust the straps without tearing the skin off of my pointer and middle fingers on my left hand from trying so hard. I don't know what to do besides throw them away at this point.

Usually a wash through a gentle cycle, with a load of towels, will soften the straps and free any debris caught in-between them. Give the team a shout at 888.211.1908. We'd be happy to do whatever we can to help. Thank you.

Great for casual usage. The design seems to go well with every piece clothing I have worn so far.
