Men's Z/Cloud

These sandals are comfortable and easy to adjust.

I love these shoes, they are more comfortable than the previous pair i had due to the new Z/Cloud padding feature, however one downfall to the amazing padding and comfort is the quality does drop a bit. After wearing them for a little over 5 months, the wear was showing, but more specific a 2 inch tear showed up along the front strap. Although this is frustrating, this is still a very great shoe and if this probablem of durability were to be fixed, i would change my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating in a heart beat. The sizes do also run a bit large as i normally wear a 13. But a size 12 fits my feet perfectly, i really don't mind that part.

I love the Chaco Z1 design due to the availability of wide sizes and adjustability of the straps. Im on my 4th pair of Z1s and recently ordered the Z1 Clouds as a more comfortable footed option. The Clouds are a fair bit more comfortable than the regular Z1s however, the softer gray footbed surface seems to be less durable. After 6 months of normal wear (not worn on dirt or in sand and washed periodically per Chacos recommendations) the Cloud footed is showing signs of wearing away. The smooth gray surface is wearing off revealing the underlying gray foam below. It would appear that the gray footed surface will eventually wear through, and I doubt that it is replaceable, which means I'd have to throw the sandals away rather than "ReChaco" them as I have in past with the non Cloud Z1s. I understand that there may be a concession for comfort over long term durability, but I think customers should be aware of this issue.

The Z Cloud gives everything Chacos has always provided, plus a soft footbed. Loved them the first time I put them on - really enjoying them, and will continue to do so!

These Z/Clouds feel as if I am in Chaco heaven! What an amazing pair of sandals!

I love these, they fit great. I also own a pair of the ZCloud 2, so I decided to go with a pair that does not have the toe loop for my 2nd pair. I went with these because I really like the colors and strap design.

Had a pair - my river shoes - wore 'em everywhere. You should have seen the sun tan. Re-strapped those sandals twice and finally years later wore out the soles. For some reason for the next pair of shoes I got talked into something different - now back to Chacos. It's like homecoming for my feet.
