step 1: gather materials

step 2: measure + cut webbing

step 3: sew heel riser

step 4: add badge + straps

 

step 5: add buckle

step 6: prepare outsole for gluing

step 7: web straps through sandal

step 8: glue outsole to midsole, heat, + press

step 9: trim excess material

step 10: sew back strap

step 11: voila!
