A new Chaco sole

I love Chaco's and just bought my 3rd pair. I wear them all the time - literally. They have a really long wear life and great arch support. One thing I noticed is that they changed the sole from Vibreum to something else that does not have as much traction.

Light weight straps

Compared to my older pairs of Chaco sandals and how they wear around the strap across the big toe, the straps on these new ones were very thin and soft and didn’t feel like they would wear well! I have custom ordered many times and it feels like the custom straps are thicker and will be sturdier than this product. Back to Chaco they go!

Whats with the straps?

Third pair of Chacos, 1st two last 10 years, this one looks ok but not as durable. very comfortable. Straps are way too long, What are they making these for, elephants?? I have to figure out how to shorten them, they drag on the ground.

Great Sandals

This is the second pair of Z/1 Classics I have bought. They are very functional and comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. Good solid soles.
