We stand behind our products. If a product fails because of a defect in material quality or in the quality of the workmanship, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not apply to problems with fit. Here are some general guidelines with regard to our warranty:
If you believe that your footwear is defective and covered under warranty, fill out the "ReChaco Authorization" form located on the ReChaco page of this website. Follow the mailing instructions, making sure you note your Service Authorization number on the outside of the box beneath our address (we suggest a trackable shipping service in the event your footwear is lost in transit--Chaco is not responsible for product lost en route).
Your credit card is required. While there is no charge for a warranty repair or replacement, if we determine that your footwear is not covered under warranty, we will repair them for a fee. If noted, we will contact you before charging your credit card. This may add as much as two weeks to your repair time.
