Really like these shoes

I was excited to see this shoe offered by Chaco. It's a great change of season shoe. I live in Chaco Zs during the summer, any time it's warm enough and dry enough (if I'm wearing socks). The Ronin has the same great fit and support as the sandal, but offers more coverage. I first wore mine to a Soccer game. There was some rain, but not enough to get my feet wet. I'm a big fan of the Chaco Z sandal foot bed. This shoe is a great addition!

This shoe is like my sandals but they keep my feet warm! The straps are somewhat adjustable. The footbed feels different to me than the sandals; I wish the lining covered more of the bed than it does. So far I am loving my new shoes!

I'm usually a women's size 9, but had to return and order in 8 in these shoes. I've only worn them once so far and while they are super comfortable, the tightening strap broke when I went to wear them again. Hoping to get a hold of rechaco to get them fixed.

Love the closed toe, mesh and adjustable web combination and color of the new Ronin. As a satisfied owner of multiple Chaco sandals since the 1990s, I am so disappointed that the great Chaco footbed (that provides excellent support for high arches) is not in this shoe. It feels like a shoe suited for a casual stroll rather than a serious, distance walking shoe for which I made the purchase. It feels more like a sneaker with a squishy, foam footbed with an outer layer sole. Sadly, this awaited shoe was returned.
