Straps don’t adjust!?

I love the soft leather and they look beautiful but the straps don’t adjust. They just fit when I first got them but the leather stretched out after a few days wearing them. So now they rattle around on my feet and make a horrible sticking suction noise every time I lift my foot. Can’t believe the design flaw and that I spent so much money on them.

Not good if you have narrow foot

I was pretty disappointed because there is too much wiggle room with the straps, for someone with a skinny narrow foot. Other Chacos work fine for me, sadly not these. They will be going back. Hopefully they make them in a narrow skinny version in the future

Beautiful leather sandal with Chaco support. Love the color and fit. Only negative is that they are now made in China

Love the sandals which are comfortable enough to wear all the time and nice enough to wear to work with good clothes. I do wish they were still made in USA instead of China, however.

Love the look, miss the adjustability

I was hoping to try these on in a store before buying online to see how they fit- but I couldn't find them anywhere. I had read the reviews warning that the straps don't adjust in the typical Chaco fashion, but I went ahead and took the risk. It's a comfortable sandal overall, but the front strap is quite loose on my foot and there's no way to tighten it. It's not uncomfortable, but doesn't fit "like a glove" the way my other (adjustable) Chacos always have. That said, I like the dressier look. So it's worth it.

Perfect for Women with Wide Feet!!

I have wide feet so I often have to shop in the men size 7 section for styles not offered in women size 9 wide. I tried the size 9 version for women and it just doesn't fit correctly. I actually prefer this style to the option meant for women as it is more durable and still looks completely feminine. I often wear this to something that requires a nicer sandal such as a day in the city in the summer.
