Water resistant not water proof

I’m a utility forester that has to work in different types of environments daily. I was expecting a water proof shoe, but water consistently gets in these. It’s so bad that it’s already destroying the inside of the boot, and I’ve only had them a month. If you work in a wetter climate I do not recommend.

Like they were made for my feet

About 6 months ago I tried these boots on just for fun because I liked the way they looked. And I pretty much haven’t taken them off ever since. It’s like they were made for my feet. My right knee and my neck give me problems, and these boots are one of the few pieces I can wear all day and be comfortable. I go everywhere in them and rock it. I never knew I could love a shoe so much.

I love these boots. They're cute and comfortable, and I've been wearing them daily for months now. I did switch out the insoles because the Chaco insoles didn't align with my arch, but now they feel great even when I'm on my feet all day.

I am getting ready to go to NYC for a weekend of walking and sightseeing. Know the weather can be yucky this time of year, I wanted a pair of shoes that would keep my feet dry as well as comfortable to walk in. My inserts go in easily and thinking I needed to break in, I put on and was able to wear them for hours immediately. I work in an ER and put many steps in during the day and have worn them a few days there as well. I love Chacos and these are great!
