Such a nice collar

Both me and my Huskie dog love this collar. Fits perfectly and super comfortable! The extra ring just for his tags is really nice to ensure the writing doesn't fade. Unfortunately, a doggo at his daycare chewed it off of him:( (how) and then to peices but now he gets to sport the other design... Anyway thanks Chaco for the best collar ever!

Nice collar, poor design execution

I ordered the Smokey the Bear for our pup and while the collar is well made and comfortable, the Smokey design looks like a cupcake. In fact, my conversation with my partner..."Look at her new collar. Can you guess the design?" "It's a cupcake collar?" Nope...but the mouth is not discernible (as it appears on the website) and in person it looks all the world like a caramel cupcake with a bullseye. Really appreciate the return policy. May try another design.

So cute, less functional

I LOVE this collar. So cute and fits my pup really well and I love the reflective quality at night. The only issue is that the clasp comes undone constantly; I can’t walk her while wearing it or tie her up while camping with it on because she’ll be on the loose within seconds. This is the 3rd Chaco collar we’ve had & I’ve had the clasp full on break off one of them before but I’ve never had this issue with a brand new one. Kinda disappointing function-wise.
