Beautiful boot, but fits too tight

I absolutely love this boot - it looks exactly like the image above. Only issue I had with it was it fitted too narrow on me. I had expected it to fit like the Kanarra 2.0 but it was too tight. I really wish they make a wide width version, would definitely buy it again if they do. Bummed they don't fit. :/

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and had seen that a couple people had issues with these being too tight where the seams all meet near the pinkie toe. The first week or two that I wore these I felt discomfort and a little pain in that area, but I wanted them to work so badly! I pushed on through and as the leather stretched and molded to my foot, these have become my most comfortable boots! They are so worth it! I purchased the blue and they look just like the picture, very pretty. Now I wish that I had picked a more neutral color that matches more outfits. Maybe I'll just have to buy another pair. I highly recommend!

Too big, had to return

Sadly, I had to return these because they were too large. I usually wear a size 9 in boots, but these seem to run very large. They were wide and by toes were pretty far from the front of the shoe. They did not have the appropriate sizes for me to re-order, but I think it would have been a whole size, rather than a half size if I could have sized down. Really cute boots, so I hope they will make more so I can re-order!

Quality sole, poor fold down wool

I love chacos, and these shoes were great until I took them out hiking and the fold down wool parts got massive holes in them. Blackberries and sticks tore holes through them. The soles have held up excellent. I would recommend these shoes more for fashion than actual hiking use.

Love these but the wool upper disintegrated and ripped

I own two pairs of Barbary’s. Just bought a second pair in a different color a month ago because I loved the first pair so much. Just realized today that the wool upper part on my older pair (about a year old- second winter season for them) tore/ripped on the right boot when I pulled it on. The is along the part that folds down. I guess it’s a weak spot. I still love these boots, and I’d walk any where in them, but I’m a bit disappointed in the lack of longevity for the price.
