A real disappointment in support

I own at least 6 pair of Chacos, but this Outcross does not stand up to the quality, fit, and support of the Chaco sandals. The arch is FAR less supportive than in the sandals. The fit around the heel is baggy and not adjustable. The platform is overly flexible. I actually started getting signs of plantar fasciitis...never did I have that problem in the traditional sandals!!!! Too bad, because I loved the idea of a water worthy shoe that could protect my toes and also work on dry land for travel.
Chacos' reply
