Last summer, I worked as a Sea Turtle Research Specialist at Hammocks Beach State Park. I was lucky enough to interact with nesting Loggerhead sea turtles each night and seeing the babies that we had worked so hard to protect all summer finally hatch was hands down the most rewarding (and adorable!) experience of my life. The hatchlings loved crawling all over my chacos. :)
