While in Greece of course we had to visit the Parthenon! We had viewed it all summer from our apartment window and finally got to go see it towards the end of our time in Greece. This was probably the day that most benefitted my Chaco tan, with the 105-degree sun beating down on us as we walked on the marble of the Akropolis to see the Parthenon. It's crazy to think that my Chacos are like a deluxe edition of the sandals worn by the ancient Greeks on that same ground 2000-something years ago!
