After working all summer at a sports and outdoors camp in Arkansas, my Chaco tan was pretty intense. So intense that one of my seven-year-old campers approached me with a frightened look, and timidly asked me if I had a disease. At first, I hadn't a clue what she was referring to, but when she pointed to my feet I couldn't help but burst out laughing. Don't worry, I set her straight. Warrior feet. Chaco feet. Camp feet. NOT diseased feet.
