I have had my chacos for 4 years, and wear them almost every day since it's always hot in TEXAS! The soles and webbing were starting to wear, so I sent them in to ReChaco. They did an awesome job putting on new webbing and soles, it is like I got back brand new sandals, except they are already shaped to my feet!! Thanks to you ReChaco, my sandals will be around for many more years to come!!
