I wear these sandals everywhere (much to my wife's chagrin). After some time, the soles of my favorite sandal began to come loose from the footbed. It finally got so bad that I bought a new pair. I had the same problem. I sent both pairs off to ReChaco and in two weeks got them back - good as new! In fact, the second pair are even better than when I bought them. They not only resoled both pairs (free of charge) but replaced the webbing and heel strap on the second pair. I didn't even know these were defective. They feel, look, and smell great! Good as new. I could not be more pleased. WAY TO GO CHACO! Finally a company who stands behind its products.
