I was hoping for an open-back version of the Z-1 yampa, as wearable as my old Birki Arizona but lots more durable and flexible. The mrap is ok (for me) for knocking around, but for longer hikes and city terrain, I stay (forever) with my yampa Z-1's. I like the open-back idea of the mrap, and wish you'd thought of it sooner, but (for me -- maybe not for others), it does not have the stability of the backstrap versions.
