Credence Tall Boot

I've had my boots for a couple weeks now and am very happy with them. For the first few days my heel slid up and down slightly when I walked but now that they're a bit more broken in, that has stopped and they are just a pleasure. I pretty much wear them all day. (In other words, they're warm enough for wearing outside but not so warm that you overheat indoors.) It's great to be able to enjoy the chaco footbed feel even in the dead of winter. They fit nicely under jeans pant legs and look good.

How do you most use this product?: winter wear for commuting and work

I've worn a pair of Chaco sandals almost everyday for the past seven years. So it's safe to say I love my Chacos and even though I live in the south, I have had to toughen it out in some colder weather. I was wanting and needing a strong, durable boot that was still comfy and looked good. and I found it! An overall great look to wear and looks great with jeans, khakis, etc. It took me about 5 wears to break them in (to where I didn't get a blister on the back of my foot) but now they're the comfiest thing to where whether I'm walking through the woods or cruising on my motorcycle.

When they arrived, I had to put them on immediately! Owning the Chaco Unaweep Sandal and loving the footbed fit and comfort, I was excited to get them on my feet. I must say they were difficult to put on the first time. I have normal feet width. The boot neck where the foot slips into the footbed was quite tight to work the foot through and actually required significant effort and strain to get on. But once on the boot was very comfortable to wear for the entire afternoon and evening. The boot has stretched a bit and still takes some effort to slip on. The footbed is what one would expect from Chaco, and my feet are in heaven every time I put them on. Good job Chaco! Would like your input on the best way to stretch out the neck of the boot to make them easier to slip into. I suspect they will stretch more over time as I put some mileage on them.
