Love these sandles!

I bought these for my Grand Canyon rafting trip and they worked perfectly!!! I now wear there as my main shoe/sandle. Because I have wide feet and plantarfacia in my right foot I have trouble finding shoes/sandles that won't hurt my feet and that fit me. I have finally found them. Thank you Chaco!

I wanted to like these shoes. I've never owned a pair of Chacos, so I expected my first to be the most amazing pair of shoes I've ever owned. But it wasn't. At first I thought they looked great. I bought these in Marigold. And I love the color and the idea of the double strap. However I should have looked at more reviews about that extra toe strap. Because I think that it became too constraining on my toe. I had to constantly readjust the straps and found that my other toes started to develop calluses. Now I really wish that I considered buying the strapless. It's possible that it's me and I'm not adjusting my straps correctly or I should have bought a wider size? I'm not sure. But I highly recommend trying Chacos in stores, and not just purchasing them online. I do have to say that the foot bed on these babies are great. Despite the straps and my toe pains, the rest of my feet were fine after really long walks. And also I found that these sandals work really well when I hike uphill. I found them to be the greatest things on hikes. So they weren't a complete loss, but again try them in a store, try to get the best fit you can, or consider another pair of Chacos. Because of the footbed and taking these on hikes, I would still consider another pair of Chacos, even if not this one.

My husband has been wearing your flips & sandals for several years now, and I finally got myself a pair. I'm ecstatic with the wide width. The regular was just too narrow for my short, wide feet, and was a bit constricting on the toes. Once I got the straps adjusted, which took a little bit of daily re-adjusting the first week or so, they are wonderful. I tend to walk and stand a lot, and my back and feet don't hurt at the end of the day any more. I'm looking forward to our first camping trip so I can do some hiking in them and see how they wear. Thank you again for the help you gave when I was trying to get the right size.
