Zong

I love my Zongs. I have had them for years and they have literally traveled the world. So easy to step in and out. Fast drying. Total comfort all day long. Great arch support. These are the ONLY sandals my PT will allow me to wear after a year long struggle with plantar fasciitis. She wears them and swears by them. I solved the toe tightening problem with two simple stitches of black thread right where the toe straps cross. Once I get my fit adjusted just perfectly, I simply put a couple of stitches through the strap to hold them in place. Works like a dream. I'd also like to say...great company! Excellent Customer Service.

I love the look and comfort when I first put these on. But, as I walk the buckle strap lossens and all the rest tighten. After awhile, by big toe is swollen and painful so I can not wear these shoes.

It being nearly summer I began to take out summer apparel and I couldn't find my left Zong, a two week panic for sure. Low and behold the sandal was found in another box. Overjoyed, I put on the sandals, and they felt great. I took the dog for a walk and the strap broke, another crisis. I called customer service and was thrilled with service I received. I had no idea that I could have the sandal repaired or possibly replaced. These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owed. In the past, I spent a lot of money on "quality" fashion sandals, only to be disappointed. My Chacos are my go to sandal, and I gradually replaced my summer wardrobe to coordinate with my Chacos. Love, love,love. I hope they can be repaired, summer is upon us. What will I do without my Chacos?
