Finally!
By Anonymous 3/27/2015

I have tried chacos off and on for the past 10 years and have had such a hard time making them work. I've tried both the unaweeps and yampas in the wide width (after the suggestion of a sales person), but the arches always felt too aggressive and really hurt when standing still. When I saw some of the new webbing patterns this spring I really wanted to try a pair, but noticed they didn't come in wide. I decided to give the regular width a try, even though I thought for sure they would be uncomfortable. But much to my surprise they feel SO much better than the wides! The arch is in a slightly different spot and I can wear these all day without any pain! This has NEVER happened with the others. And even though the unaweeps are "heavier" than yampas, the 7 regular unaweeps are noticeably lighter and so much less cumbersome than the 7 wide yampas. Also, I've only ever tried the ones with toe loops and didn't realize how they made my feet feel restricted (especially in the summer when my feet swell from the heat) compared to these without the toe loops. I finally know why everyone likes chacos! So if you're struggling, keep trying varied sizes, widths, and styles - you may find the right one for you just yet!

Bursting Blue Obsession
By Anonymous 3/9/2015

I've been wanting a pair of Chaco's for sometime now. I finally bit the bullet and splurged on these beauties. The fit is great and the sole supports the arch of my foot perfectly. My only complaint is the buckle strap is a bit too long and touches the floor when I wear them without socks. I do have rather narrow feet though, which is probably why the buckle strap appears to be so long. Aside from that minor detail, I already want to purchase the ZX/1® Unaweep Sandal, in leaf petals.

Chaco's Reply: If the webbing is a little too long, give our ReChaco team a call at 888-211-9211 (& option 2 in the prompts) so they can help!

Attractive, functional, durable...I think I'm in love.

These are my first pair of chacos and they're fantastic. I'm a farmer so I'm on my feet a lot on uneven terrain, and these sandals pass the test. They're worth the money and they're super comfortable.
