Warranty

Chaco products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product.

We stand behind our products. If a product fails because of a defect in material quality or in the quality of the workmanship, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not apply to problems with fit. Here are some general guidelines with regard to our warranty:

• Warranted product is replaced at Chaco's discretion
• Chaco products are warranted for the life of the product
• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
• Product worn past the point of it being able to be repaired voids warranty coverage
• Product modified or repaired outside of Chaco or by a Chaco certified cobbler is no longer warrantied
• Chaco product must be evaluated first hand for warranty determination

Examples of what is not covered by warranty:

• Frayed webbing due to normal wear
• Worn soles due to normal wear
• Problems with fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured before the product is worn outside
• Product failure due to use outside of its original intention
